VPG Construction Management LLC was founded in Miami, Florida by Miguel Valecillos. As the owner and general manager, Miguel is a Certified General Contractor with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

Regardless of the size of the project, each of our clients receives individual and personalized attention. Our current clients are primarily individual investors and developers who are developing properties for residential and commercial use.

Our History

Prior to establishing VPG in Miami, Miguel spent the earlier part of his career building a successful company in Orlando. His company was the primary shell contractor for K.B. Homes, Harkins Development Corporation and many other private developers.

In 2010, Miguel moved to Miami to further his education at Florida International University and obtained industry experience with Miami-Dade County and an engineering consulting firm. This experience enabled Miguel to grow as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager leading several multi-million dollar new construction and renovation projects.

In addition to a Civil Engineering degree from Florida International University, Miguel is a Certified General Contractor (CGC License # 1523799) and holds industry-recognized qualifications as a Certified Building Envelope Inspector and Certified Post-Tensioning Inspector. These certifications set him apart from general contractors who are not equipped to identify and address critical structural issues.
